(2) ALL TICKETS & VENDOR CONTRACTS FROM THE RAINED-OUT SEPT. 9TH GROOVES & GRAPES @ BALIC WINERY WILL BE HONORED ON THIS NEW DATE. IF THIS DATE IS NOT GOOD FOR YOU, NO WORRIES! SAVE YOUR TICKET OR CONFIRMATION AND YOUR PURCHASE OR FEE WILL BE CREDITED TOWARDS PARTICIPATION IN A FUTURE ENGAGEMENT.

With the completion of any transaction for the purchase of tickets, You Agree With & Accept the Terms & Conditions of such purchase, which are:
Once payment is received and tickets, or vendor or sponsor confirmation are issued, there are NO REFUNDS for ANY REASON. If necessary, payment, deposit or fees will be credited towards a future event with adequate advance notice and solely at our discretion. All ticket sales, contracts are non-refundable and non-transferable.

All performance seating/exhibitor location is determined by event management.
